Very nice.
Thanks. I like the black one better unless I am cruising the lake ;) . The red one stands out a whole lot more which got me pulled over in Kansas on the way home. He let me off though with a warning (84 in a 70).
Some of these are pretty much on clearance. The market has dropped quite a bit on vipers in the past year. Alot of people with older vipers are finding it easy to sell the one they have now and buy a newer one as they can now afford it.
I am probably going to sell the black one. I just painted a hardtop for that one but don't know how much more I will be driving it. Right now, the top is off the black one sitting in the garage and the top is on the red one. If I want no top, I will drive black, want a top, red.
I can take people for rides but I hessitate on test drives as most people aren't used to the tourque.

Yeah the amount of TQ is rediculous I haven't driven my friends '05 around and the amount of TQ at any point in the RPMs is unbelievable.
If only I could let go of my DSM? :o(
^^^ That is why we had issues keeping James' (slowbubblecar's) viper on the track at Brainerd. I slid off the track twice and him once. Not that he is a better driver, just that I was pushing it a bit more than him ;)

They are fun to drive. I got a little squirrelly with mine around a corner, but it's easy to correct. RWD and torque are a lot of fun, kinda like driving on an icy road, but in the summer. Nicely bought at $23k by the way.

BS... You should have seen the BIR instructor telling me to slow down. I probably went faster and controlled it better. The one time I did lose it was due to torque and probably crap on the track. The instructor didn't even know what caused us to go around in circles as I was easier on it that time than other laps. He thought I was doing well.
