Can the fuel pump be broken if you can still hear it? I can hear the Walbro whine, but I don't get any fuel. I replaced the fuel rail, fixed a leak, cleaned up the spill but now there's no fuel. Any thoughts?

Clogged fuel filter?
Why did you replace the rail?

Fuelab fuel filter, was new when installed. I upgraded the fuel system. Anywho, upon performing the fuel pump check with the female connecter by the firewall, there was a leak at the end of the rail. Retightened it and tried to run the pump again, i.e. to adj. base pressure. Now there's no fuel at all. Any thoughts?

Disconnect the fuel line at the pump cover and jump 12v right to the connector at the pump. If fuel comes out move up the line and disconnect the line at the fuelfilter inlet, check again, etc, etc

It appears my DIY band-aid fuel pump assembly is not up to the task. The pump was pumping alright, right back into itself inside the tank. Going to drill the inside diameter of the 90 degree bulk head.

The next time that I have to get back to the fuel pump assembly, I'm going to try some of that epoxy stuff. Probably better than JB Weld.
