Called and talked to Chris and everything is being worked out with no hard feelings and I will find out probably tomorrow if this will solve the overheating problem...

Why is the power so low? Stock cams? Mitsu exhaust housing holding it back?

I'm not really sure myself... I was expecting more. I have bc272 and everything is built.. possibly because of the mitsu housing.

Got my car back from MAP today and as for now I couldn't be happier with it! However I need to put my thermastat back in because I cant even get up to running temp without one.. This is no big deal. I'm just glad I can get from point A to point B without getting hot.
So special thanks to John at MAP and also to MAP for there help and support on getting my issue fixed!
They ended up having to weld a 90 degree elbow onto the turbo and to push the intercooler piping out of the way far enough to fit a stock fan on the passenger side and then rewired the hole thing so everything is perfect!

I'm glad to hear we were able to resolve your issues sir, and I hope you didn't take my comments above the wrong way. We run into this situation all too often and it is frustrating for both parties, but I like to think we have a pretty good idea of what we're doing here ;)

Yes, I am very happy with my car. I have been driving it all day and still no overheating problems! However like I said I cant quite get it to regular running temp so I think I'm leaning twards putting my 180 degree thermastat back in and drill 2 holes in it. Hope it makes warming up easier..
