I picked up a tranny a few months ago from joem took me about a month to get around to checking it out, he sold it to me as a evo3 trans it is not an evo 3 trans but a us galant gsx trans.

I have called a bunch of shops and reputable builders and have been told that this would be good in 16G cars and if not only good for parts to make a custom geared dsm tranny.

Well I have been trying to call him for months on 2 diff. numbers, left messages and text messages and nothing, so now before i forget he owes me my money back or at least a real dsm tranny.

PM if u get any leads, i really have been trying not to go public with this but well we have hit that point.

Well I thought this was getting settled. But he didn't have the money on the 4th so i said i'll be back in a month i'll hit u up then, no response. My brother takes the tranny and tries to return it, same deal no answer, my bro finally gets a hold of him and joe says "i'm busy I'll you once i get settled" hangs up. My brother didn't give him a number. I'm back in town for 5 days i text him, call nothing. SO i call his work and leave a msg, JOe just texted me saying its mine cause his boss didn't like me calling there and so i called and he texted me saying stop calling or he will call the cops saying that I am harassing him.

Where can I go from here?

You could file a small claims suit against him. He hasn't been on the board since February. Otherwise, just keep calling his cell and work and tell your story to who ever will listen and maybe he'll get fed up and just pay you to keep quiet.

Harassing him for you trying to take care of a business transaction? From what I remember is he is/was JET's friend, see if he knows anything about him.
