I was just talking to kracka this morning about how dogs mirror the personality of their owners, and here is a shining example; the trainer (or w/e) even says it at the end.

That little fucker needs to be put down IMO, its partly that owners fault for letting that dog get away with that kind of aggressive behavior in the first place and not putting down any punishment. Eventually a dog will think its in charge and not the owner if it goes undisciplined

I wouldve grabbed that little shit and dragged him to the pound myself. I don't condone any violence towards animals, but that's unacceptable. Def the owners fault though for not stopping that behavior early. She deserves a swift kick in her cooter as well.
