Instead of going to a new turbo setup altogether, can I just upgrade to a new / bigger compressor housing. Current PTE turbo SCM 3227E/3231E, I don't remember the exact model? If this is a better route to go, which housing would you suggest?

to put a new inducer wheel and compressor housing on would require machining the back plate on which the inducer wheel sits. its kind of expensive and hard to find a machine shop that will do it.
you can also order a new compressor housing back plate but that would run around $250-$300 depending on how big you would want to go. give me a call and i might be able to help you with a new backplate...(shuffling things around)...i think i have one here along with a new wheel...
