The majority of "reality" shows are nothing but morons doing nothing that matters on TV while getting rich/famous from it. For example, look at all the MTV/VH1 type reality shows, Bravo's "Real Housewives of..." shows, etc. Worthless and mindless television; I don't find it entertaining, but some people obviously do. Your link is blocked by my work firewall though so I'll have to check it out later.
