View Full Version : Burnouts
Ok, i usualy do not do a lot of burnouts, i will usualy just pull the e-brake and do a 3krpm drop and keep it around 5k rpm and thats as far as i go for a burnout..
Now i've seen some other people do burnouts and never could understand how they be so much smoke from their tires..
What needs to be done and how..
give more info to the newb..

Tie it to the dodge and go for it ;) Sounds like you are getting ready to put swanny's tranny work to the test. Have fun with that! :3gears:

Grow a mullet!
Burnout are dum, I like traction! why show how much traction you don't have?
not yet, i want to break it in first before i put any stress on the trany... but i want to get all the facts straight before i do anything..

actually because i want to.. because i feel like it.. and because i have never done a big burnout.. in the eclipse that is.. i've done a few in the truck but nothing to the point of completely wearing out the tires like i want to do on an old set of tires before i mount some drag raidals in the place of the burned out tires. :)
