Well, the bottom slide seized again, and I managed to round off the hex end trying to get it off. No luck so far with vice grips, PB Blaster, and heat, so I'm thinking at this point it'll just be easier to replace the caliper than try to get this fucker out.
Replaced the caliper. Problem solved.
