And if I could do what they do, I'd do it in a open highway so that I'm the only one being harmed if something happens. :D

It is a public highway and you will not be the only harm if you fall. Think about the cars behind you.

They'll be ok. Not like they're tailgating the bikers so close they wont have time to react to the bikers failure. Well...nvm, some drivers are just sllooowwww when it comes to reaction. I take that back, HAHAHA. Either way, anything can happen. If it doesnt, whoopty, it was fun and awesome. If it does, Awe crap, watch out. No risk, no fun.

Ghost rider is pretty well known and has balls of steel. that guy is nuts. I have friends that are all about the stunting and highway wheelies i dunno personal opinion i guess.
