I have a broken bolt in my turbine housing from O2 housing.
Where is a good place I can go to get it done and not have my pants pulled down on the price or time.
Thanks
Aaron

I'd rather not, I don't want to fuck it up.

i actualy used it on my throttle body shaft bolts, to get the plate off, if its already broken how are you gonna mess it up?
its made for broken or stripped bolts and what not, your call
Im sure any local mechanic shop or machinist could get that out for you.

^Thats what I was getting at.
I just don't have a good drill and I would be more comfortable with someone who has done it a bunch

I did pretty much every bolt on my front bumper, all but one came out well, the one that didn't was because the I didn't take off the wheel and ended up drilling in on an angle as a result.
Did it the other night to fix my UICP problem, too.
It's really easy, but time consuming. If you can drill a straight hole in wood, you can drill out a bolt.

No not really. I had to bring my turbo to 2 different machinists. The first one broke 2 carbide bits just scratching the surface of those tempered bastards.
The second one finally got it out. 70+ year old guy in cokato, private shop. It's amazing what the old dudes can do with experience, and he was one of the nicest people I've had to deal with, he was uber interested in my car. Took up about half of his day, and he charged me $100. He mentioned he felt bad for charging me so much, but it took him so long. usually hes around $25-$50 for a bolt.

^thank you for realizing I am not working with some reg. shit bolt, it is a grade 8.8 hardened and I don't have the drill bits.
Either way I got it taken care of and he made it look damn easy with no drilling.
