There seems to be a lot of knock... and my 02 sensor voltage seems to be off... too lean?

Your o2 is going to bounce around a bit until it's WOT. That is a lot of knock though, is this thing tuned? I'm guessing not...

What I see right there can be phantom knock or real knock. When does it happen? Are there any constants as to when this happens or is it completely random?

Also, include more with your logs such as the maf reading, injector duty cycle, etc.
