So jhaandude and I are in the process of building up my 91 tsi and I didn't really know where to put this but my motor blew 4 months ago and the tear down has gone slow due to me working etc anyway upon cleaning and wiping the pistons etc we found something that made us laugh so hard. Every piston has 4 impact scratch marks on them. It must have jumped timing twice and hit all the valves. I heard that this rarly happens. But it was just funny because we were trying to figure out what was wrong for a long time and I think we just found it haha. Just figured I'd post it up because seeing julians face as we wiped it down was priceless. It was like he found a pot of gold, but looks like ill be paying the gold now.
