Let me talk it over with my buddy, The cat we have right now has never been around other animals so i dont know if it would work out, Id be willing to give it a try though if he says its alright. Your cat looks identical to ours, He seriously could be his twin..

I've met this cat a handful of times too. Always seemed to be real friendly. I hope it finds a good home :(

He is at the pound now in Coon Rapids. I have never had to take an animal to the pound before, but we just couldn't get him to stop marking the dog's bed. I don't know why he started it when he was this old either. I am not much of a cat person for this reason, you can't teach them.
