Don't knock steel wheels, they can be quite a bit lighter & stronger than flashy alu whels.

My last landlord has got a majorly riced out saturn, I'll try and drive by his house and snap a pic one of these days, St. Cloud guys, its the blue saturn with the busted ass body kit that doesn't quite match his paint, the rear bumper is for dual exhaust and he has the stock exhaust with one of them clamp on chrome tips....

does he live over by campus?? cause there is a car that sounds exactly like the one you are describing that lives right behind my gfs house.
