Any idea as to why he might have burned it down?
He said he was sick of it being on his farm and that he had hinted a few times for me to move it. I guess hitting it with a truck is a hint. He had a party at his farm and decided to start it on fire for entertainment.

I really am looking for suggestions on what to do. I only found out about this last night. He thinks he can claim abandoned property if I take any legal action, but I dont think that is the case if I still have the title. Any ideas?

file with the cops. It is not abandoned property if you still have the title and the farm is owned by your parents. I would go after him for it.

Jeez, walk away from the entire family for a while even to the point pf putting hundreds of miles between you. The longer you stay and fix everyone up every week the more they will suck from you.

It's not a small jump from wrecking and burning cars to wrecking and burning people.

Oh, my, fucking, god....... Im in awe. If this was my bro, and he was doing this shit to me, I honestly would make him dissapear. I dont think he would be missed by many it sounds like. And not just for burning my car, but for being such a dick hole in life. He is an epic fail.

thats kinda what i am thinking. i am definitely going to report this and maybe sign him up at a bunch of recruit websites.
I think my parents would be more than happy to help me sell his cars to recoup some of the $30,000+ he owes them.
