I talk to a lot of people who want to mod their autos, especially a lot of people who want paddle shifters, so i figured i would post this up so people could find it faster
ok first off i have the roadsurge shift box,

it has a headphone jack out put that is a 3 wire setup super easy to setup shifting. i have an aftermarket steering wheel, that has horn/nitrous buttons that i use for the up and down shifts

the other option that you have is the option to make real paddle shifters, i know its a volvo but its only the paddles were talking

WOW, this looks like a pretty awesome alternative for the Auto guys! I know there isn't many of you out there, but how many other people are there out there running similar setups to yours?

You gonna be at the Spring Dyno Day? I might need a ride in this thing!!

Just realized that Volvo has a huge clock as a gauge, crazy.

Nice thread, seems pretty cool for the auto-guys.

I know many people use the roadsurge box but not many take the next step and make paddles or button shifting on the wheel

Cool. Didn't tom blow up his tranny with one of these?

You have full manual control over the transmission and its shifts. if you rev to far or downshift to hard there will be problems. This is not for ricers wanting paddles. This is for people who want real control and assume the responsibility that the auto tranny takes away
