I'm looking to run Efuel in my Evo. Its running the stock Evo 8 turbo (03). Is it possible to get the car tuned with switchable fuel maps? Or do you guys not do that? Thanks.

I don't see why it wouldn't be.

Edit - Shit, didn't see this was posted under the DB section, I'm sure Shane will answer this better than I would ever be able to.

Before going to Shane you should setup Tephra map switching on your ECU. Its very easy to do, just research it a bit on EvoM in the ECUFlash section of the board.

Cool, I will do just that.

Yes, we can do it. You would need to have your alt map switch/harness installed and working.

Once you run E85, you won't wanna ever have to run gas again. I have way more power, my car runs better and is easier to tune, cheaper to fill up, and I only get maybe around 2 MPG less mileage.

Just make sure you map out all E-85 stations around anywhere you would be driving. I've thought about going back to it, but i don't know where enough stations are around town. Close to home i'm fine, to and from school is no problem, but going up north, longer road trips. As long as you can set up to run both E-58 and gas you've got the best of both worlds.

I've decided to just run E85. I will be able to drive the car a max of one month out of the year due to being overseas, so I don't see the need.
