Last week i ended up getting a new daily driver, Its a 97 Audi A4 1.8T..

The reason im saying i stole it is because i got it for $900!! The only thing that was wrong with the car was a little front end damage from our last snow storm. The car itself has quite a bit of miles IMO, But i have a stack of recipts with a bunch of work done last year along with the motor being replaced in NOV 08!

All i had to buy to get it back on the road was a radiator and a front core support, It could use a couple other parts like a set of headlights, Top TB cover, and a new bumper but i need to save up a little cash first.

Overall im very happy with my purchase, It drives and handles so nicely:)

It could definatly use a little more power and more power will come after i get it back together completly

Here are some pic's from when i got it and started tearing it apart, I will take some pix to show what it looks like now.(Previous owner must not cared enough about the car to wash / clean it)

$900!? Awesome! How many miles are on it? That's a great deal! If you need anything for it, contact imola motorsports in golden valley, they just opened and specialize in Porsche and Audi stuff! :)

Well the motor they put in it has 45,xxx miles but the car itself has 190,xxx!!

All i can say is the previous owners must have taken really good care of it because it sure doesn't seem / feel like 190k.

Awesome. When you're ready for a power bump, do EPL software. I have it on anna's car and its awesome. There's a local dealer w/ direct port programming, works awesome for the 1.8t.
