I just drove my car for the first time since october, and im getting a vibration that starts at 35mph. Theres no vibration in the steering wheel, i feel it most in the center counsel. It feels like its coming from the rear half of the car. I definetly did not have this problem when i put the car away, and i cant get my car tuned until i figure this out.

My first thought were the tires, but i really am not sure. Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks.

Thats my guess as well, or the tires need to be balanced.

Check air pressure too. May sure rear brakes arent sticking as well, that might cause pulsing.

Take the tires off the back and put them on the front. Then see if anything changes. I would bet its flat spots on the tires as well..

I was actually gonna do this later today.

I just drove it again, and it comes on hard when its in 4th gear and in vacuum. So this kinda makes me think its not the tires, but im gonna try switchin them around anyway.

Possibly the carrier bearings for the driveshaft? But I'd say it's more likely that it's in the tires.

In vacuum as in full vacuum, or in vacuum as in just not boosting?

If it's full vacuum, you're engine breaking, and it could be due to the weight shift. Just a thought.

if it's shaking so much, why are you driving it at all? My guess is tires, but flatspots don't happen from sitting for a few months, my quest sat for two years and it drove with no shaking or anything.
