maybe mine doesn't have any red slider thingy. when you pull the handle down the two pieces that connect to the roof should be able to be squeezed together and pulled out the you just push up on the sunroof and it should slide out. then the visor slides in the place of the sunroof

They're kinda hard to find. We got one with one of the cars we parted out. The windbreaker is really nice to have cruising on the freeway :D
