Well I just installed Mozilla Firefox but I need to install Adobe flash player to make youtube work. Everytime I try to install it, it says its blocked. Pretty sure I had it installed fine when I used Internet Explorer. I tried installing JavaScript or whatever it is and that didnt help either.

Are you logged on with admin rights? If not you will need to install it as an admin. If that is not the case check to make sure you pop up blocker, spyware, anitvirus and Sscript is not blocking the program from installing. By the way you might want to let us know what operating system you are running.

I'm running Vista. I am the admin and it says the user account something.. is blocking it. I have turned off all the firewalls and whatnot and it still blocks it somehow. I will keep trying more ways in a little bit here.

Ok, I dont know what the hell to do.. Those of you using firefox, what program are you using to watch video's? It always tells me to install the Adobe flash player but I can't. Or that Java isn't enabled (Which it is). Even when I turn off all the security crap it still wont let me.

verify that the date/time of your computer is correct first and foremost. Secondly you can go to http://www.softwarepatch.com/software/flash-standalone-installation-firefox.html and download the stanalone installer.

I've already tried that link. It does the same thing as when I go to Adobe's website. And the date on my computer is correct.

Also the key to the install is to MAKE ABSOLUTLY SURE. you dont have a firefox window open. Or it will complete without errors but will not actually be installed.
