Oh snap@ jhaan_dude exercised rule #6 and bought his way out of the payban for the rest of the week and then dropped a payban back on 95talonracer for two weeks for "not know a thing about turbos"

The rules don't answer my question. If someone is paybanned by someone else can I also payban the same person and lengthen their ban?
