A kid at my high school used to have nitrous in his car, and he would fill up balloons w/ nitrous and sell em for like $3 haha. Funny Vid!

There is a local shop here in cali that sells nitrous fills, its in a lower class city. And every time i go there at least 4 bottles get filled and at least one of them goes into the back parking lot to fill balloons.
