As some of you might know, I spun a bearing in my last engine. I need to replace my oil cooler and have been doing some research on evolutionm.net Alot of guys are saying that it would be ok to eliminate the oil cooler since its winter. Some even ran there cars without one in the summer as there daily driver. So my question is can I just plug the 2 holes or do I have to have a hose connect between the two? This is only going to be for a little while till I can find a affordable kit.

I think that you could plug it, but do it well since it will see 100psi+.
.
My car takes forever to warm in the fall with the cooler so winter you will be fine, summer depends on what you do with the car and cool it manages to stay

It will only be for a while. I have to order a new oil cooler, once I get a new oil cooler it will go right on.

I'd say you'll be better off to loop the outlet and inlet.

Yeah I would think looping it would be a better option since it see's so much pressure. A plug would pop off alot easier.

You probably have seen my car, I made 212awhp last fall dyno day and then made 252awhp at the cookout dyno day on the stock turbo.
