I am willing to bet your boost problems = GM BCS; swap on a MBC and see if that fixes things. One thing to check though, is your boost limit table set to 319 across the board?
I am not sure if it is because I do not have any of the tuning software or cables so I may need to bring it in to be checked out.

I'm free most evenings this week if you want to swing over for me to check it out. A good retune from Shane @ DB definitely would be a good idea though.

Anyone have an idea what he would charge at this time of the year to retune it and do you think I should get a MBC instead?

I have found MBC's to work best on pump gas setups. Cheaper, easier, and a smoother (tapering) boost curve which is perfect for pump gas. The real advantages of the GM BCS come into play if you're trying to run map-switching, E85, or race fuels.
As for a tune price, you'd be looking at a few hundred but it all depends on your car and what changes Shane needs to make (MBC = cheaper retune since there is less to adjust).
