lol...the last pic is just a comparison from the gt28(blacktop sr20det turbo) to the big 16g. anyways, i knew that i had 2 or possibly even three bolts that were stuck in turbo hotside, luckly it was only 2. Anyways, I'm planning to get SS oil lines and a 7 mm gasket on the way. Just need help on who can possibly drill out those bolts that are still in the turbo. i'd love to go bigger, but i'll most likely get a 14b or small 16g and see how far i can go with those. lol.

Nice, I had the same thing with the gasket, but I didn't think it was that bad till I took it off.

So you took off a big16g and are putting on a small 16g or 14b?

^^well, i'm thinkin about getting a another big/small 16g because i dont have the cash yet for a evo3. so, i'll probably get one locally. plus i just found some cracks in the exhuast housing. (ARGH!!!)

ugh...lol, i was thinking: "hmm...to hell with it, JUST RUN IT AS IT IS for the dyno day!" but, im lookin around for a big or small 16g right now at a good price. I also wanna see how much i can get off the small 16g too if i do get one though.

Those cracks aren't too bad, don't sweat them.. Save your pennies for an E3 16g, they're not that expensive.

+1 Most used 16G's and 14b's have worse cracks than that.

phewww...okay than! I'll just reuse it than. my bro and i are also doing some slight port work on the 2g manifold, hopefully that'll give me faster spools.

As a proud EvoIII 16G owner, I can only say, wow, save your pennies and get one.
