it won't spool xxx as advertised..fmic efficiency, piping size, exhaust size, cover sizes, intake mani, ported head, cams, degreeing, etc etc all make a difference..and even more so in tuning. so spool at xx rpm's doesn't mean much man.

Good luck getting a DSM to shift at 11k rpm! I am not sure if even a dogbox would shift that high and I doubt the engine would last. As of 2004 Shep was shifting at 9,800 rpm.
First thing first, you are correct it won't be 11,000rpm but it will be 10,000 rpm. Mike Reichen who is going to tune my car has a Shep Dog Box and shifts at 10,000 rpm in his Evo 2 with no issues and has been doing so through his runs at the Texas mile and Maxton Mile since 2007, and the engine would last. It wouldn't be streetable, but it would last. At that point it's a full drag car. I'll just have Class One Engines do my block like Reichen's. But that's years away.
Now for the turbo It's not that simple. These aren't off the shelf parts. Both wheels are custom. It's 70mm the same size as a baby 42r. I can only compare my turbo to turbo's of similar size because I'm actually the only person with this turbo, I never stated any rpm for spoolup. There is no secret I'm withholding. So it's a 70mm compressor wheel ( it's not a Garrett 70mm P trim or 42r wheel) and Comp Turbo's turbine, which is there own design and not a Garrett turbine, with Comp Turbo's own ceramic triple ball bearing CHRA.

Yeah, curious who you got it from. Mine didn't fit all that well. The hood pins are what made mine finally sit nicer.

Got it from HI REV PERFORMANCE. Halon I may be getting a carbon fiber hood scoop like you have on your car.

Cool. Yeah mine was from them also. Mine is still only held in by 3 bolts. I have to wollow out a hole in my hood bracket to get the 4th to fit yet. Also it was like the whole thing was warped. Here's how mine fit out of the box. Too high here, too low there, I was a little peeved. Fits better now after I put the hood pins on.
