WTB: Starter Motorcycle/Bike

I am looking to buy a good motorcycle for a newbie. Preferably a crotch rocket. Looking to spend 3-4k. Would prefer lower miles if possible because I do not have experience working on them.

I have a 1997 Kawasaki ZX-7R with 12,000 miles I've been thinking of selling. Its in good condition. Not perfect for an 11 year old bike, but it'd be a good starter bike. I'm looking for 3500 or so for it.

I'm thinking of selling mine, 2000 cbr 600 f4. Never been downed at speed. 22k. New tires, new brakes, new battery. I rode it to canada and back no problem and plan to do it again next spring (if I still have it). PM me about price.
