Welcome! Where in North? I live near robbinsdale, and am in the new brighton neighborhood once in a while. We have weekly events, feel free to come hang out anytime! Get that thing running!

Don't be afraid of the 6-bolt swap...it is the right thing to do IMHO.

Welcome to the site.

If you're keeping it semi-stock I'd stick with the 2g motor. A complete 6 bolt swap requires dsmlink to run right which is another $500, not worth it in my opinion.

Actually I live in Lino Lakes right near Bobs Auto Ranch. Im the guy that always cruising around town in a black 1970 'Cuda with black wheels and dog dishes. Soon hopefully I will be cruising a white GSX if I can ever get this motor in lol
