Next summer, and probably at Sabin Raceway (Fargo). Possibly at BIR though, still working out the details. There is a long winter ahead though.

Title: Regional Top 5

Regulations:
Competition for Car Clubs held at the Sabin Race Track
-A car club is any group of people with a name for their club
5 fastest cars per club
3 runs each
We take the average of all 15 runs to determine a score.
Default time will be 15 seconds (If missing a car, or can not complete all 3 runs)
6th car allowed on team roster as a substitute
2 rules for what cars can run:
1. No Tubbed cars allowed
2. Must pass Sabin Technical Inspection
Every group must complete a pre-registration to be considered for the event. Registration deadline will be 2 weeks from the selected date.
The event will be held sometime in July
2 Awards will be given away:
1. Fastest car at event
2. Fastest car club at event

No, it isn't much farther and it is all interstate. The problem is their tech isn't as lax as the IA tracks.
