ahh... i feel ya man. i got my broken foot, soo im out of boarding of any sort as well.

and my bro's buddies were wrestling down stairs a few years back and one landed on his knee really hard on strait cement, same exact thing happen.

I dislocated my knee cap 9 times. It is pretty damn painful. On my 10th time dislocating it I ended up tearing my acl and stretching all the other legaments that support the knee.. It was NOT fun and the pain is 10 times worse than just dislocating your knee cap. I couldn't even move 1 inch to get up into a wheel chair. Then came the surgery and after the medication wore off the first night OMG did I wanna just die. Most pain I have ever felt EVER in my life.. I said many times that if I ever tear it again I will just tough it out. I'll never go through that again..
