I want to find a product that will limit the oil pressure to my turbo. I have heard that conquest create too much pressure after balance shaft removal and a regular garrett turbo (which I have, but not run yet) will die a quick death.

Anyone know of a good adjustable regulator or backpressure relief valve with a gauge on it so I know how much I'm affecting it?

I don't know of any restrictor with a gauge but i know FP sells one and so does slowboy.

best bet is to put a T in your feed oil line where the line meets the turbo, and run that T to a pressure guage. On the other side of the T try installing various restriction orifices until you see the pressure you want. Once you see a pressure you are comfortable with, remove the T and the guage.

You can buy those restrictor orifices at just about any online turbo shop.

FP Link (http://store.forcedperformance.net/merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=FP&Product_Code=FP4ANFilter&Category_Code=DSM-TurboHW)

The above way would work too, but the fp just seems like a simpler/easier solution.

Local buddy of mine runs a small business selling oil feedlines to the Honda crowd. He sells little restrictors as well. Here's a link to his. You could probably find something similar to it for cheaper on McMaster's site.

If you're in town, you could probably just drive to his place in Farmington and just pick it up from him.
