I thought DoughtCom was working on something similar to this? (Carputer)

I was working on something like this, but never finished. I even got the .Net app talking to the ODBII sensor but then had a HD crash on my projects drive and lost the code. I just haven't worked up the courage to start the project again.

That and EvoScan 2.5 is pretty damn hot already.
