My dad sounded the same when I first got the evo. Anna owned a Lancer ES before that, and he had riden in it. Then I pull up in a black lancer (wingless remember) with nice wheels and.....recaros?

I let him drive it and he drove it like any other 100hp 5-speed car, then I go, 'dad, step on the gas once....and hold it!' Then came the eruption of ohshitwtfchrisohmygod...

I let him drive it again recently, +150whp from stock and it sounded about the same :)

Dad used to drive a porsche though, so he knew what to do once he figured out what was up ;)

He had time to talk, so the car wasn't that fast :D I rememer taking my dad and best friend for a ride in the talon last year, it was hilarious! I don't think my dad breathed for a good minute and my best friend could only say Holy Shit, over and over again :lol:
