D and G motors in Hopkins can do the head or the block, I do not recall. What head gasket/head studs are you using right now? I assume you have blown a head gasket?

I used the Mitsu metal head gasket, with ARP's, ran 30 psi at the track and pushed coolant all day long! Ended up warping the head and blowing out the head gasket around cylinder #1. So now i purchased ARP L-19s, and i want to get the block O-ringed and use a mitsu metal head gasket. So D&G Motors does one of them for sure?

Why do you want to o-ring the block? Getting it right is extemely difficult. Run some A1 headstuds and a Felpro MLS gasket if you are worried about sealing.

I run 32 psi on a stock headgasket and regular ARPs. It sounds like you had tuning issues likely. The headgasket acts like a fuse and will blow while hopefully saving the internals. I used a cometic HP and it actually melted the head on the dyno before it let go.

^sick, i actually am a big supporter of stock HG and ARPs (reg.), seen over 35psi on mine.

Well i plan on hitting somewhere in the 700hp range next year and i just want to do everything right the first time. I just herd good things about O-ringing the motor. So i thought i might try it out but who knows my plans are never final. My tune is great, i just overheated the motor a while back and the head has just never sealed right since! I'm putting compression in my cooling system, when i drive home from work i pop the hood and you can feel my upper radiator hose.. rock solid! Im just checking out my options..

One of the problems with o-ringing a 4g is that there is not much room between the cylinders to o-ring. Research what some of the big dogs are doing. I am pretty positive Marco is not o-ringing any of his stuff, he is a proponent of the Felpro MLS gasket.

JET you say ur running 32 psi on a stock headgasket and regular ARPs ??? An organic stock head gasket? what kind of power are you making?

Yes, I am running a stock composite headgasket and regular old ARP's. I had it on the dyno several times and made between 450 and 460 awhp at DB.

Did you try geting the block and head decked after you overheated it?
