Old Fart, did a LOT of autocross when I lived in Germany in my 1.6l 1G CRX (Yah, it was that long ago).

I've been running an 07 Eclipse GTV6 for just over a year. Doing some weight reduction and cosmetic mods right now. Next spring the big brakes, Tanabe front and rear underbody stiffeners, and about 1" of lowering gets thrown on. Not too much in terms of mods, 'just enough' to take care of the big mistakes Mitsu made with the car. I really want an LSD for the Sportronic though.

Oh, if any of you EVO 7/8/9 or VR4 drivers have a set of calipers 'just sitting' on the workbench, I'd be glad to take them off your hands.

Hmmm... considering you lived in Germany, I'd think you would be able to spell it right ;) Hahaha Welcome!

:tweet: Spelling Weenie Alert!!

Seriously, thanks guys. I've been out to the Autoplex the last two times. Some of those DSMs show a lot of love and serious attention to detail. I hope to make to a Tuesday night beer-show soon or maybe even the fall dyno day.

Some dweeb in Saint Paul tried to rip the custom license plate off the front of my car last weekend. That just gives me an excuse to a) build a custom bracket and b) fill the damned holes that the damned dealer put in my damned bumper and c) paint the bumper before winter. Kind of looks like ass now with a few holes and some beige-colored urethane adhesive/filler sticking out.

Welcome! I think we can overlook the spelling error considering you can form proper, complete and coherent sentences, which a lot of members here couldn't do if their lives depended on it. :)

Welcome! Laugh at the spelling mistake, but we roast newb's around here, its the only fun we get besides whooping up on most other cars on the street/track.

For sure come to the dyno day, heck, sign up! The 3.8 v6 makes pretty awesome power out of the box or even w/ a few minimal mods.

You're not far from many of us, so come join us at any of our meets :)
