I have a nice brass 1/8" npt plug you can have for free, took it off my splitter at the filter housing.

EDIT: wait, what size is stock 1g, 1/4 or 1/8? I have a different oil filter housing and mine uses 1/8", but my 2g one used 1/4" I believe.

For the plug, just go to a hardware store and buy a 1/4" NPT plug. It'll cost maybe a dollar

That's what my plan was going to be if I could not find a stock one. Figured someone had one lying around though that would be willing to part with to make it easy.

Timing cover and oil filter housing plug found!

Just need the stock oil filter cooler hardlines! Home stretch baby!

You could just make your own using large diameter brake lines bought from Advance. 6ft of 3/8" is like $10 or something like that. Easy to bend into the shape you want it, and then just use hi-pressure transmission hose to connect the ends.

That is if no one has the hard lines.

Bump, nobody has gone to an external oil cooler and not used these lines anymore?

found one for you. it was going to go on the spyder at on time. it has been bead blasted and painted even has the bracket that bolts to the block

Sweet! Thanks Mark, you are a lifesaver! I'll take the lines and the keys+locks from your FS thread. I'll figure out if I work next week and if I don't, maybe we can do the deal at OC if you are planning on going to save money and hassle on shipping. I'll be in touch.
