I got the car with the motor in it and maybe 2,000 on the motor. I don't think there are even that many miles on it. It had a 20g on it when I got it and after having it a few days, I took it apart to put a bigger turbo in, put a FWD tranny on (had an awd one with a VCE) and had a few other things done. I put a new HG on it, new timing and all new wheel bearings. I cannot remember who did the motor but I remember researching the company before I bought the car. The company specialized in race motors (4 cylinders and mustangs if I remember correctly The owner before told me it cost $4,000 for the motor rebuild, I do not have any receipts. I did compression and leak down test when I bought it and there were no issues. Compression was 179-180 each hold and should still be that way.
The car is hard to move right now. I think the tranny is stuck in gear. I am not really looking for trades.
It will be a good fast cheap car for someone.

Thanks Mark. I couldn't remember what all you did to it.
I found a little info out on the motor from the guy I bought it from. I guess the motor has just over 1,000 on it.
This is what I was told:
"The motor is capable of around 800hp. The oiling system was modified to handle high loads and high rpm's. It has 0.03 over Ross Pistons and Eagle (or Manley) rods. The rotating assembly was balanced and lightened. The head was fully ported and has stainless steel valves with a custom 5 angle valve job. It has comp street/strip (I think its stage 2) cams in it along with crower springs and titanium retainers. ARP bolts everywhere."

Not really looking for any trades right now. I might be willing to sell it for a little less if the buyer wanted to throw a motor in a 01 Sebring Convertable for me though.

After thinking about it a little bit, I will consider parting it if I get a buyer on the motor (head to oil pan, not splitting). You can see a description of the motor in the first post and post 15. It has new timing, hg and other items. If interested in th motor, give me an offer.
