Man tied one end of a rope to a tree, climbed into his Aston Martin DB7 and wrapped the other end around his neck. He then jammed the pedal down on the $173,000 car, driving into a busy main road, forcing other drivers to watch his horrific death.

It is for the reason he killed himself that I am happy to have broken up with my girlfriend. I saw the future as a dismal, unhappy place, and it was better now than down the road with a couple of rug rats. That guy didn't realize his mistake until too late, but that's not the point. The point is that he lacked the fortitude to go through with it all. Yes, emotional pain can seem really bad, but it's not worth taking your life.

I would rather spend life in prison alive, than end it all now.
