Pretty much like new, excet one has a couple stratches in the clear coat on the lip. Never used. Never bolted to a car IIRC.

Edited 1st post. I had the offset wrong, I just looked at the boxes it says 38, and the rims have 38 stamped into them as well. Could have sworn it said 24 when I bought them. Sorry.
