6 bolt swap

So I was planning on doing a 6 bolt swap on my 98 GSX and this is kinda what I was going to go with

MAP stage 1 6 bolt short block on a stock rebuild cylinder head with just my swap parts on my 7 bolt that is swappable...

I have the intake mani and throttle body for the 6 bolt and am in the process of getting the rest of what I need...

So far what I have is:

6 bolt short block with 101k with all stock internals
bare cylinder head with thermastate housing
intake mani
throttle body


I guess what im posting this for is I want some input on this set up and if anybody thinks that I should go a different route????

If you plan on making less than 600whp it sounds pretty good.

I would post up asking for anyone that has done a 6 bolt before or a number of times and get some input from them

The people i know is blageo, and for sure TKR has done a bunch i think.

get a 1g lol, 6 bolt swap's are easy once you get started, they can be a little intimadating to a nob "wich i was when i did mine and then un did mine" but easy, just like swaping a motor but with a tiny bit more detail than just pluging stuff in, YOU CAN DOIT!! ok im done, youre on youre own now, sorry dude! lol
