Maybe DB? But your best bet is what super bleeder recommended.

Yea shane @ DB can do chips. But you'll need to have him or someone socket your eprom so that you can actually swap chips.

it's a galant vr4. no worries there. anyone local?
Just because it's a VR4 doesn't mean the E-Prom ECU is still in it. Unless you're the original owner ;)

If you need just a basic fuel controller and don't have the eprom ecu, look into the SAFC2. Will be able to get you by.

just use an afc or dsm link and have it tuned...

For the time being, the cheapest way to go is to just get your ECU socketed and chipped (providing it's an Eprom). Shane at DB burned a chip for me and it worked great till I was able to get DSMlink and a tune from him.
