I pulled my tranny today beacause there was a lot of rattling coming from the bell housing area. I found that the clutch disk was pretty worn and the hub area around the springd was loose.
I'm looking for options for a new disk. I'd like to keep My ACT 2600 pressure plate and just replace the disk. What exsperiences have others had with different disks. full faced 6-puck sprung unsprung Etc. I need something that will hold over 400#ft (dyno dynamics) and be somewhat streetable.
Id also be very interesed if anyone has some thing laying around they want to sell. Im running a AWD ACT 2600 pressure plate and ACT flywheeel.

I had a sprung 6 puck in a daily driver. Didn't last all that long lol. But didnt have bad engagement or anything. Would be great for a weekend or track only car.

I would recommend something in a puck style for your horsepower goals, but as stated above it won't last as long as the full face stuff. We have either in stock :)

SouthBend full face FE sprung disk, or just a mitsu replacement.

As far as reliability goes, How reliable are Multi disk clutches for daily use such as the Quatermaster twin disk? Currently i have the Southbend DXD cluch and love it. Works great for daily and have had it for a long time now. (not sure how many miles but it may be ready for a change in the coming months.)
