House in Fridley

I finished the upgrades on the Fridley house. Upstairs is almost totally redone, new hardwoods, slate bathroom, big master BR, nice downstairs, etc. 2,028 sqft and $240k The new light rail station is going in 1 block away, it shoud be about 5 minutes to downtown! I will offer a nice finder's fee to anyone that brings me someone without a realtor!

That's not a bad thing in this market, you don't want it to sit very long. One just sold across the street from us, it'd been on the market for two years. The new owner got a smokin' deal.
