Power Steering Belt Issues

I have a 2G with a 2.4 6bolt block. Using the 2G pulleys and 2G PS pump. Well the belt is not lining up with both pulleys. On the PS pump it sits normal but on the pulley on the water pump it is hanging off(towards the engine) 1 tooth. Anyone know whats wrong?

The only thing I can think of is the 1G water pump you're using is dimensionally longer than the 2G one. The mounting holes for the PS pump bracket on the block should be the same. And since the 1G uses a v-belt instead of a ribbed, you can't exactly swap pulleys. You might have to slot the PS bracket holes.
