sorry about the english.... i live in el paso please forgive me....

the car was bought by her for me for 300 bucks and i've put quite a bit of money into it but i never got the title that i was supposed to get for my graduation.... so it's still in her name...

i'm thinking about that idea of moving to uganda..... sounds good to me

Greatest Idea yet. She has absolutely no right to sell anything you put into that car. Take all your shit out and it wont even be worth selling.

Just make sure next time you post to use some "periods" or "commas". :)

Have you tried talking to your dad about it? If that's not an option, I would take out as much as possible and then have her sell it.

Just return it to the condition in which she gave it to you in. And then tell her she can have it back.

If she says she can't sell tell her to give you the title. even if that means you have to pay a little bit for it. (but make sure she gives you the title first. Otherwise she might just take the money and sell it anyways)
