My car makes strange sounds during decel and when its free revved. Im not really sure what to attribute it to.
If anyone here has ever had FW bolts loosen up on them please tell me how it sounded/felt.

I had that happen on my quest, and it still drove, but I remember it made kind of a swishing sound, or like if you rub two sheets of paper together. but fairly loud. It was a long time ago and that's as much as I clearly remember. It slowly got louder and more noticible though.
Yeah, you get a bad vibration with the clutch disengaged or during engagement. They will likely get much worse in a big hurry. I had a big problem with this and my twin disk.

Jack the car up and take the inspection plate off and see if you can move the flywheel. My car did this also :( an automatic spacer plate to weld the bolts to is what I was going to do to fix it.

I was almost to that point too John. I ended up putting the auto spacer plate in, but not welding and it seemed to be fine. Also make sure they pin is in the crank and flywheel.

I'm wondering if I'm having this issue as well. I'm not on a twin disk though. At the 3-4k rpm range if I'm just cruising, or on decel with the clutch engaged, sometimes it just sounds like something is vibrating, and you can feel it through the whole car. Once I release the clutch and the RPM's drop to idle, vibration is gone. When I put in the new tranny, I'm considering drilling the bolts and safety wiring them. Anyone tried that?
Are you sure that isn't just the missing balance shafts? You will get a bit more vibration around that range without them. Do you have poly motor mounts?

My only poly mount is the front mount injected with a bunch of window weld.
It very well could be balance shafts. Maybe sometime you could take it for a ride and let me know your thoughts.

You can also remove the starter and see if the flywheel has play.
