As stated I am looking for an either red or yellow top battery. Either New or slightly used. I know that I can just go to the store and buy one, but I thought I would try here as first

I am going to need one soon so I can get my car tuned (finally) in May sometime

I would highly suggest buying new so you have a warranty. I would also suggest that if you buy an optima to get the red top due to the 3 year warranty. I am not a fan of the brand for many reasons but if you insist the way to go is the red top.

I agree with everything Tim said.

Yeah I know I agree as well. Is it true that the spiralcell technology's patent is up and now other companies are using at? If true, maybe Ill go through someone other than optima. Any suggestions?

Why do you feel you need an AGM battery? I would go to a parts store and buy a batt with good cranking power and a good warranty at the best price you can find.
