Punch is a good guy... Known him a few years before he was into Mustangs and I was into DSMs. Most of us are all in this game for one thing, and that's to go fast and make friends doing it. The local Mustang crowd is just the same as the DSM crowd... There are the good ol' boys who do their thing, the assholes, the shit talkers who drive slow cars and are worried about the bling factor, and the people that just don't have a clue and never will. All in all, there's no doubt we'd have fun if we all go together sometime and hung out. I'd put money on it happening a few times this summer. :toast:

All good words aside, I'll still take any of you (Mustang, DSM or otherwise) on a road course. :woowoo:

I'll take that challenge! My car isn't just a drag car, it has to handle good too. And you said "otherwise", let me grab the GSXR and my leathers :D

How does a bike handle turns compared to a car? I've never really known... I'd love to take you up on the track in somewhat equally powered cars.

Wow, I read most of that and if I were a member of tcstangs I would be embarrassed by the amount stupidity. Every time I hear that name I’m going to think of a bunch of bench racers who are all talk.

Brandon, that thing sure is a hum-dinger! what is that a ’79?
oh, also look what its parked in front of...
Oh please! Give me a break. What board around here doesn't bench race durring the winter? It's how we keep sane and dream about our winter storaged cars. Give it a rest.

If there is one thing to say it is: Don’t take anything from these two threads seriously. It’s all in the name of :stick: some fun.

You never said anything about equally powered cars! I was talking my car vs yours! Bikes have a disadvantage to all out race cars because of the small conact patch, but compared to a street car they do pretty well because of the instant acceleration.

:stupid:

What's with that thread? Why would you say stuff like that? Why?

Half of the Mustang owners I've talked to either own or have owned DSMs.
